Privacy Policy

We collect the information you provide for your guest experience: names when requested, email, optional phone number, restaurant and table details, answers, and any photo or audio needed to create your requested song, card, portrait or other result. We also record your consent choices, the exact consent wording, time and IP address.

We use this information to create and deliver the experience and provide it to the authorized Service & Scale team and, where applicable, the restaurant serving you. Our service providers process information to generate and deliver your requested content. On generic table experiences, the restaurant is the name you enter.

Offers, events and updates by email or text are sent only with your marketing consent. Marketing consent is optional, is separate from photo/video consent, and is not required to use an experience or make a purchase. Providing a phone number alone is not consent. SMS sending remains disabled until registration is approved.

You can withdraw marketing consent using the unsubscribe link in a marketing email, replying STOP to a marketing text, or contacting us below. Reply HELP for help. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Opting out of marketing does not prevent delivery of an experience you request. We retain consent and withdrawal records to honor your choices.
