Service & Scale

Guest Photo & Video Release

By checking the box, you ("Guest") grant Service & Scale LLC ("Service & Scale"), and anyone acting for them, permission to photograph and video record you during your visit, including any experience you take part in (such as a song, toast, game or portrait), and to use, edit, reproduce and publish those photos, videos, and your first name and voice, in any media now known or later developed, including Service & Scale's websites and social media accounts, for advertising, promotion and general marketing, without payment to you.

You understand that once published, content may be shared by others and may not be fully removable. You may withdraw consent for future use at any time by emailing [email protected]; we will stop using the content in new materials within 30 days, but may not be able to remove content already published or shared by third parties. You waive any right to inspect or approve the finished content. This release is governed by the laws of the State of Missouri.

You confirm that you are at least 18 years old. A guest under 18 may only be recorded if a parent or legal guardian checks this box on their behalf. Checking the box is optional and does not affect your ability to use the experience; if it is left unchecked, staff will not photograph or record you.
